Let's be sure you didn't get carried away - far away - from what you want to be doing with your listings and the photos within them!

It's almost a little TOO easy to manage biz on the go these days. And that means we are spending a lot of time on our phones and mobile devices even when we don't want to be. I struggle with this, too, I almost feel a little fraud-y to share some of these tips with you because I don't adhere to them all the time, but in today's episode I'm sharing some stuff that has worked for me in reducing phone time and increasing management via automation. But there are limits to automation, so I'm chatting about that as well!

I'm so fired up about this, y'all. This episode is tough love central. I'm discussing the REALITY of what happens when you offer a so-called "thank you coupon" or a discount on a second order. As my good friends the Backstreet Boys would say, "tell me whyyyyyeeeeee". Please, really, do. Why? Why? I'll be honest: I just don't get it. Why would you do this?!! Listen to this episode to find out why I'm so not on board with this and why I think you should discontinue your "thank you coupon" immediately. For real.

Getting flagged for infringement is one thing but actually getting sued for it is a whole other ballgame. Unfortunately, Lisa of Lisa's Little Monsters experienced this firsthand and suffered through the troubles associated with having to actually take listings down and cease business, which at the time was indefinitely. I'm glad Lisa was so willing to share her story so that we may all learn a bit more about this process and the consequences of this reality many sellers have faced - even when they weren't doing anything that they felt was wrong or questionable or using licensed characters.
